The BR-400 control board, 279 × 124 mm, for a VVVF or hydraulic controller. It runs fully in serial mode: car and landing communicate over a serial connection instead of one wire per signal, which cuts the travelling cable and the number of terminals to maintain over the installation’s life.
It handles up to 32 floors in down-collective mode and speeds up to 3.0 m/s, with absolute encoder management for positioning. It supports APB, simplex, duplex, triplex and quadruplex control, and multiplex operation across up to eight grouped installations, so the same board covers anything from a standalone lift to a full bank. It complies with Directive 2014/33/EU on lifts and 2014/30/EU on electromagnetic compatibility. Control configuration and call allocation are set against the project.
