ORIÓN control panel for installations with a machine room, in an IP22 steel cabinet with indicators, position display and switched shaft lighting.
The ORIÓN controller configured for installations that keep their machine room. The IP22 metal cabinet groups control and power inside the same enclosure, accessible standing up for inspection and diagnostics, and keeps the shaft clear of electronics. Two-wire RS-485 serial communication between panel and car keeps the travelling cable short even on long rises.
It ships with a fully wired inspection box, emergency light and switched shaft lighting, positioning by magnets and SCHMERSAL magnetic detectors, and GERVALL limit switches as safety contacts. Indicators are specified per project: arrows, in-use, door open, call registration, binary position display and a floor-level indicator on the panel itself. The electrical installation arrives pre-wired with WAGO plug-in connectors, so site work comes down to connecting labelled cable harnesses and testing.
