BP-408 electronic control board with integrated display, CANopen LIFT, DCP, USB and Ethernet interfaces, and accessibility and firefighter functions as standard.
The BP-408 is the platform’s compact control module: a single board integrating lift control and the safety module compliant with EN 81-20/-50, in a format that allows door-frame mounting, machine-room-less installations or a conventional machine room.
It carries the industry’s usual interfaces as standard — CANopen LIFT, DCP over RS-485, USB and Ethernet — plus programmable inputs and outputs, expandable with CANopen I/O modules when the installation calls for more signals or more call registrations. It supports absolute positioning with linear or rotary encoders and safe position evaluation (PSU). It serves rope and hydraulic installations alike, and the group algorithm is adaptable to the customer without a higher-level controller above it. Integrated functions include collective control, priority and service calls, EN 81-70 accessibility, EN 81-72 firefighter operation and EN 81-73 behaviour in the event of fire.
