A complete panel on a mounting plate: the BP-408 control, the inverter, the protections and the emergency box wired and tested at the plant as one assembly, ready to connect on site.
The difference against fitting a bare board is traceability of the assembly — the safety circuit is monitored by the EN 81-20/-50 module the BP-408 integrates, and the wiring is verified before it ships, not at the shaft. It keeps the platform’s interfaces (CANopen LIFT, DCP over RS-485, USB and Ethernet) for later diagnostics and for group control, which the BP-408 resolves without an additional controller. Sizing of the inverter and the protections depends on the machine, the number of floors and the rated speed, so it is closed against the installation’s data.
